A new house favorite! Lemon poppy seed has always been a hit and now it’s our turn for us to do them. 5 muffins, 1 for each day.

Oat flour, lemon juice, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, maple syrup, powdered sugar
Heat for 2 minutes in microwave until 165ºF with lid off
Can also be eaten cold
