2019/2020
We officially started out of our home kitchen and on instagram! Then we officially got licensed and a commercial kitchen in early March of 2020 weeks before the pandemic started! It was challenging but we were able to come out on the other side and continue to grow and serve the city! We currently operate out of a licensed and inspected commercial kitchen and comply with all of washoe county health standards and requirements! Weekly Subscriptions!
You will immediately receive a discount off every meal then save an additional % off every meal after the minimum package you select. Our 10 meal subscription is our most popular and the 25 meal subscription is the best possible pricing discount we offer. Subscriptions can be paused without charge and canceled at any time.
Tuesday’s!
The cutoff to place an order is every Tuesday before midnight for delivery that following Sunday. If your order is placed after the deadline of Tuesday at 11:59pm your order will be set for delivery not that following Sunday but the next. So please don’t miss the deadline.
Sunday!
We only deliver ONCE a week. We DO NOT offer guaranteed delivery times. Our meals come delivered straight of the fridge in a paper bag and need to be placed back into the fridge as soon as you receive it to ensure safety of the meals!
Your driver will contact you once delivery has started and once your order has been delivered!
Sunday’s delivery are typically between 8am – 2pm. Sometimes longer depending on weather and traffic. If weather conditions are too serve we may ask in assistant from you to help receive the order or reschedule for a different day.
No problem!
Your driver will leave your meals in a safe location by your front door. We recommend if you’re not going to be home for awhile to leave a large cooler full of ice out for our driver to put the meals into!
When you place your order you can leave very specific directions for our driver to ensure safe consistent delivery.
Yes!
This is something we actually encourage. We would like you to give us as much detail and instructions as possible to ensure an accurate and smooth delivery. If you have a gate code please include this and if you need your order dropped off at specific location please include this as well. All delivery info can be added at check out!
$70 worth
Our order minimum is $70 to checkout with. This is roughly 5 meals or a weeks worth of food. We don’t offer delivery of 1 single meal.
$10 flat delivery fee
This covers a 70 mile radius from Reno. So this includes delivery to Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Incline Village, Truckee, Tahoma, South Lake Tahoe, Dayton, Virginia City, Fallon, Fernley, Yerginton, Silver Springs, Gardnerville, Minden, and everything in between!
Yes!
We currently have 2 pick up locations. Nutrishop in south Reno and Sports West Athletic Club in midtown Reno. We charge $5 for dropping off at the pick up locations instead of the $10 home delivery fee. Both locations have a safe and secure fridge designated for us. So once your order has been delivered there, it will be safely within temperature and without fear of being taken. Please note, that the pick up locations have their own business hours of operations and if you come outside of the hours you won’t be able to pick up your order at that time. Check with those business for their hours that day and wait to receive a delivery text from our drivers that your order has been delivered. If you can’t pick up your order from the drop off locations on Sunday for whatever reason, please call that business and let them know when you can pick it up.

BPA Free Plastic
All meals come in a black plastic BPA FREE container that is both freezer safe and microwave safe.
Always FRESH!
Our meals come fresh every week. Meals are fresh and never frozen and prepared that week right before delivery. Meals however can be frozen to preserve them longer.
5 days!
As per health department, we list an expiration date on every meal. Meals are good for up to 5 days from when you receive them. Meals however can be frozen to preserve them much longer, we suggest freezing them earlier than later to preserve a more fresh product.
Yes and No
All our meals are based on weight management and loss. Not too much food and not too little. Meals are filling for most people and gives you tons of energy without feeling overly full and bloated! All meals come with macros, calories, and fiber listed on them.

We offer a wide variety of meals to cover almost every diet type. We also offer bulk items by the pound that come cooked ready to eat. If very specific requirements are needed please call or email us to discuss a special pricing!
Weekly Subscriptions
This is our best offer we have! We have 3 different options for any budget. Select the amount of meals needed that fits your budget and eating needs. You will receive a discount of a percentage off every meal! Once you select a weekly subscription you will be notified 48 hours before the order window closes to select your meals and confirm your order for the week. Your card will only be charge if you select meals for the week. You can skip any week needed and opt out and cancel anytime!

Our meals are all listed with the ingredients on them and the allergens they contain.

Our meals come set with everything listed on them. Meals CAN NOT be adjusted in any way for any reason. If for any reason you can’t or don’t want to eat something in one of our meals we suggest you to choose a different meal. We build our menu with a vast variety to accommodate most all common preferences.
Every 2 Weeks
Our menu is constantly being updated with new and exciting things to try. The menu will rotate to something new every 2 weeks so you never get tired or burnt out on eating the same things.
Individual Ingredients Cooked and Weighed
Bulk by the pound lets you be in control of creating your own meals but letting us still do the majority of the work for you. We offer individual ingredients fully cooked and ready to eat with minimal if anything additional seasonings on them. You can order an 8oz or 16oz increments.

We focus on using freshest ingredients we can and building our meals with health in mind. We don’t avoid specific ingredients or follow any type of diets or trends. We make easily recognizable meals health and calorie friendly. All of our meals we prioritize mid to low calorie, high protein and some included fiber. If you are deciding to follow a super strict diet we may not be a good fit.
When you shop with us we reward you back!!
Reward points are a heavily used feature on our site by our many customers. When you buy our meals you earn points to use as a discount towards your future purchases. They add up quick! At checkout you will see a box that shows you how many points you have and if you’d like to use them or not.

We actually have a built in referral program that not only rewards you but rewards the person you send it to. Once sent you will receive $20 and the person will receive $20.

We operate out of a licensed health inspected commercial kitchen but we don’t have a traditional store front for you to visit and come into. We don’t have meals ready to sell and pick up on demand, everything is done online and delivered. We ask for you not visit the address we have listed online since we are not the only ones operating out of this kitchen space. If you have questions please call or email only.

Yes!
We offer digital gift cards. The minimum gift card amount is $70 and can be any dollar amount after that! Gift cards are sent via email and very easy to use!

We don’t offer a lot of coupons or run deals very often. We priced our weekly subscriptions and offer reward points to reflect the discounts we want to offer. We have a new customer discount in the pop up on the homepage so take advantage of that! Coupons are not valid for weekly subscriptions and for a la cart orders only!

We are always accepting new corporate clients who intend to order a high volume of food to feed their staff. We currently offer our 25 meal subscription plan that allows you to order up to 100 meals per meal at the lowest price we offer. If you need more than 100 meals per week we can discuss better pricing and special ordering details. Please reach out to us either email or phone.
