Credit card and payment information is always encrypted during transmission. Other non-payment content may be transmitted over various networks and adapted to meet technical requirements of those networks.

SECTION 3 – FOOD PRODUCTS AND PERISHABLE GOODS

Dero Meal Prep produces fresh, perishable meal prep products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

– All meals are prepared fresh and are perishable. Upon delivery or pickup, you assume full responsibility for proper storage and handling.
– Meals must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt and consumed by the expiration date listed on your packaging.
– Dero Meal Prep is not liable for any illness, injury, or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or consumption after delivery or pickup.
– It is your responsibility to review all ingredient and allergen information prior to ordering. Allergen information is available on our website and upon request. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination with common allergens.
– By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the ingredient and allergen information applicable to your order.

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure the information on this site is accurate and current, including product descriptions, pricing, and nutritional information. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, accurate, or error-free at all times.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All products are sold exclusively through our website. Sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict orders by geographic region, or decline any order at our sole discretion.

Product images on the site are representative only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

All sales of perishable food products are final once prepared. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellation windows and eligibility.

SECTION 7 – SUBSCRIPTIONS

By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize Dero Meal Prep to charge your payment method on a recurring weekly basis at the rate corresponding to your selected plan. Your subscription renews automatically each week until you pause or cancel before the Tuesday at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) cutoff. Your meal selections will automatically update to the current menu at each two-week menu rotation unless you make changes before the cutoff.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the Tuesday at 11:59 PM cutoff. Changes made after the cutoff take effect the following week.

Dero Meal Prep reserves the right to modify subscription plan pricing, structure, or availability with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and payment information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information — including email address, delivery address, and payment details — to ensure accurate fulfillment and billing.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order that, in our sole judgment, appears to involve fraudulent activity, resale, or abuse of promotional offers.

(h) Abuse, exploit, or circumvent any promotional offer, coupon, rewards program, or referral program
(i) Resell or redistribute our products without express written permission

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these prohibitions.

SECTION 14 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dero Meal Prep, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or personal injury — arising from your use of our Service or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 15 – FOOD SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Dero Meal Prep follows applicable food safety standards in the preparation of all products. All proteins are cooked to USDA-recommended minimum internal temperatures. It is your responsibility to follow all reheating and storage instructions provided with your order. Dero Meal Prep is not liable for illness or injury resulting from failure to follow these instructions.

SECTION 16 – ALLERGENS AND NUTRITION

Our kitchen handles all major common allergens. We cannot guarantee any meal is free from cross-contamination. Nutritional and macro information provided on our site and packaging is an estimate only and is not the result of laboratory testing.

SECTION 17 – DELIVERY AND SERVICE AREA

Dero Meal Prep delivers within a 70-mile radius of our kitchen in Sparks, Nevada. Orders placed outside our service area will be cancelled and refunded. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dero Meal Prep and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, or expense — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated. We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination remain in effect.
