We started in early March of 2020 weeks before the pandemic started! It was challenging but we were able to come out on the other side and continue to grow and serve the city! We operate out of a commercial kitchen we lease and comply with all of washoe county requirements! We have all licensing and permits required to operate along with being inspected from the health department.

Weekly Subscriptions!

You will save a % off every meal of the minimum package you select, then receive an extra % off every additional meal you add. You will also save a % off the delivery fee as well.

The cutoff to place an order is every Wednesday at midnight for delivery that following Sunday.

Your driver will leave your meals in a safe location. We recommend if you’re not going to be home for awhile to leave a large cooler full of ice out for our driver to put the meals into!

When you place your order you can leave very specific directions for our driver to ensure safe consistent delivery.

We charge $10.00 to deliver anywhere in the Reno/Sparks area. We charge $15.00 to deliver anywhere outside of the Reno/Sparks area. We offer 50% off the delivery fee when the subtotal of the cart has reached $155.99. We offer free delivery when the subtotal of the cart has reached $300.00. Our weekly subscriptions provide a discount off the delivery fee!

Yes!

We currently offer FREE pick up locations. We have a few options with very specific pick up windows for each. If you select a FREE pick up option, please be aware of the pick up window and the time listed for it. If you’re not able to commit to that pick up window please use our paid delivery because it is much more flexible. Our FREE pick up locations are businesses with specific hours and they will close if you don’t arrive within the window and you wont be able to get your food.

We current delivery to all of Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Dayton, Virginia City, Truckee, Lake Tahoe, Gardnerville, Fernley, and everywhere in between.

We currently do not ship and only service northern Nevada and some of the Tahoe/Truckee area.

We offer a wide variety of meals to cover almost every diet type. We also offer bulk items by the pound that come cooked ready to eat. If very specific requirements are needed please call or email us!

All meals come in a plastic BPA FREE container that is both freezer safe and microwave safe.

Yes! All our meals are based on weight management and loss. Not to much food not to little, fills you up and gives you tons of energy! All meals come with macros listed on them.

Our weekly subscriptions are our best offer we have! We have 6 different options for any budget. Select the amount of meals needed that fits your budget and eating needs. You will receive a discount of a percentage off every meal and a percentage off the delivery fee just for committing 1 week at a time! Once you select a weekly subscription you will be notified 48 hours before the order window closes to select your meals and confirm your order for the week. Your card will only be charge if you select meals for the week. You can skip any week needed and opt out and cancel anytime!
