š Order Cutoff Time
All orders must be placedĀ by Tuesday at 11:59 PM Pacific TimeĀ for the upcoming Sunday delivery.
ā 100% Refund Eligibility
If you need to cancel your order, you have a 24-hour window after the order cutoff to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations madeĀ between Tuesday 11:59 PM and Wednesday 11:59 PMĀ are eligible for aĀ 100% refund, either:
- By reversing the credit card transaction, or
- As store credit
ā ļø 50% Refund Eligibility
If you cancel after Wednesday 11:59 PM and before Saturday 12:00 AM, your order is eligible for a 50% refund only.
- No full refunds will be issued during this time frame
- You will be given store credit as the only option for refund
ā No Refund Eligibility
Orders canceledĀ on or after Saturday 12:01 AMĀ and up until yourĀ Sunday morning deliveryĀ areĀ not eligible for any refund, credit, or reimbursement.
This is because your meals have already been prepared and are in the final stages of our fulfillment process to be delivered.

Final Notes
- Credit card refunds can only be issued if the order is canceled in less than 24 hours after purchasing.
- After 24 hours of purchase, the only option is store credit. It will be applied to your account and can be used for any future orders.
- We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, but any changes will be communicated clearly in advance.
