đź•’ Order Cutoff Time
All orders must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) for the upcoming Sunday delivery.
âś… 100% Refund Eligibility
If you need to cancel your order, you have a 12-hour window after placing your order—on any day—to receive a full refund.
Cancellations within this 12-hour window may be processed either:
- By reversing the credit card transaction, or
- As store credit
⚠️ 50% Refund Eligibility
If you cancel after Wednesday at 11:59 PM and before Thursday at 11:59 PM, your order is eligible for a 50% refund (store credit only).
- No full refunds will be issued during this time frame
- Refunds will be provided as store credit only
❌ No Refund Eligibility
Orders canceled on or after Friday at 12:01 AM—up until your Sunday morning delivery—are not eligible for any refund, credit, or reimbursement.
This is because your meals have already been prepared and are in the final stages of fulfillment for delivery.
