Getting started with Dero Meal Prep is simple. Here’s everything you need to know to place your first order and get fresh meals delivered to your door every week.

STEP 1 — Create Your Account

Head to deromealprep.com and create a free account. This is where you’ll manage your orders, track your rewards points, and handle your subscription if you choose one.

STEP 2 — Check Your Delivery Zone

We deliver to a 70-mile radius from our kitchen in Sparks, Nevada — covering Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Lake Tahoe, Fernley, and dozens of surrounding communities.

Enter your zip code on our homepage to confirm we deliver to you. You can also choose to pick up at one of our two pickup locations in Reno.

STEP 3 — Browse the Menu

Our menu rotates every two weeks so there’s always something new to try. Every meal comes with calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber listed — and ingredients are listed on every product page so you can order with confidence.

All meals are fresh, never frozen, and prepared that week right before delivery.

STEP 4 — Choose How You Want to Order

À La Carte
Order individual meals with no commitment. Minimum order is $49. Home delivery is $10, or $5 for pickup. Free delivery on orders of $333 or more.

Weekly Subscription (recommended)
Save up to 20% every week and never think about reordering. Choose from three plans:

– 5-Meal Plan — $75/week ($15/meal)
– 10-Meal Plan — $142/week ($14.20/meal) — most popular
– 25-Meal Plan — $333/week ($13.32/meal) — best value, includes free delivery

Subscriptions renew automatically every week. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before Tuesday at 11:59 PM.

STEP 5 — Place Your Order by Tuesday at 11:59 PM

This is the most important step. Our cutoff for the upcoming Sunday delivery is every Tuesday at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following Sunday — not the upcoming one. Don’t miss it.

STEP 6 — We Cook. You Relax.

Once your order is placed, we get to work. Every meal is freshly prepared in our licensed, health-inspected commercial kitchen in Sparks, Nevada that week.

STEP 7 — Delivered to Your Door on Sunday

We deliver once a week, every Sunday, typically between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Your driver will text you when they’re on the way and again once your order is dropped off.

Not home? No problem. Your driver will leave your meals in a safe spot at your door. We recommend leaving a cooler with ice outside if you’ll be away for a while.

Prefer pickup? Collect your order from one of our two Reno pickup locations — both have a dedicated refrigerator for your meals.

STEP 8 — Refrigerate Immediately

Meals must be refrigerated as soon as you receive them. All meals should be stored at or below 40°F and consumed by the expiration date listed on your packaging.

Microwave instructions are on every label. Reheat, eat, and enjoy.

How Gift Cards Work

Gift cards are delivered digitally via email at the time of purchase.
The minimum gift card value is $70. Gift cards can be purchased in any dollar amount above the minimum.
Gift cards can be used toward any order on deromealprep.com.
Gift card balances can be applied at checkout and any remaining balance stays on the gift card for future use.

Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable once purchased.
Dero Meal Prep is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash — we cannot replace a gift card that has been lost or used without your authorization.
Gift cards have no expiration date.

Refunds on Gift Card Purchases

Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. If an order paid for with a gift card is eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, the refund will be issued as store credit back to the original gift card or as a new gift card of equal value.

Subscription Terms

Dero Meal Prep offers weekly meal prep subscription plans designed to save you money and simplify your week. Please read the following carefully so you understand exactly how subscriptions work.

Available Plans

5-Meal Plan — $75/week ($15/meal)
10-Meal Plan — $142/week ($14.20/meal)
25-Meal Plan — $333/week ($13.32/meal)

Each plan includes a set number of base entrée slots plus additional add-on slots for breakfast items and bulk ingredients. Breakfast and bulk ingredient items are available as add-ons only and do not count toward your base entrée minimum.

Free home delivery is included automatically on the 25-Meal Plan. All other plans are subject to the standard $10 home delivery fee or $5 pickup fee.

How Billing Works

When you enroll in a subscription plan and complete checkout, your payment method is charged immediately for your first order.

From that point forward, your subscription renews automatically on a weekly basis. Your card will be charged on your scheduled renewal date each week unless you pause or cancel before the Tuesday at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) cutoff.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Dero Meal Prep to charge your payment method on a recurring weekly basis until you pause or cancel.

Meal Selection & Menu Updates

Our menu rotates every two weeks. Your subscription automatically updates to reflect the current menu at each rotation.

If you take no action during a given week, your subscription will renew as scheduled and your meal selections will automatically update to the current menu. You will be notified 48 hours before the order cutoff each week so you have the opportunity to review and adjust your selections.

You can update your meal selections at any time before the Tuesday at 11:59 PM cutoff.

Pausing or Canceling

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the Tuesday at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) cutoff for that week’s order.

Changes made after the Tuesday cutoff will take effect the following week.

Pausing your subscription for up to 2 consecutive weeks does not reset your rewards streak. Canceling your subscription resets your streak.

Modifying Your Plan

You may change your plan tier, meal selections, or delivery preferences at any time before the Tuesday at 11:59 PM cutoff. Changes take effect for the current week’s order if made before the cutoff, or the following week if made after.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same refund windows as all other orders. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellation windows and eligibility.

Dero Meal Prep reserves the right to modify subscription plan pricing, structure, or availability. Active subscribers will be notified in advance of any material changes to their plan.

Our meals are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen that handles all of the following common allergens:

While we take every reasonable precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen is not an allergen-free facility. Home Delivery

Cost: $10 flat fee
Free delivery on all orders of $333 or more — the 25-Meal Plan automatically qualifies.

Deliveries take place every Sunday, typically between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on route, weather, and traffic conditions.

Your driver will contact you when delivery begins and again once your order has been dropped off.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your driver will leave your order in a safe location at your front door. If you will be away for an extended period, we recommend leaving a cooler with ice outside for your driver to place your meals in.

You can leave specific delivery instructions — gate codes, drop-off locations, building access details — in the notes field at checkout. We encourage as much detail as possible.

In the event of severe weather or unsafe driving conditions, we may contact you to coordinate an alternative delivery arrangement or reschedule.

Pickup Locations

Prefer to pick up? We offer two convenient pickup locations at a reduced fee of $5.

Both locations have a dedicated refrigerator where your order will be stored safely until you arrive. Your order will remain at the correct temperature and will be secure.

Pickup locations have their own business hours. Please check with each location for their Sunday hours before heading over. Wait to receive a delivery confirmation text from our driver before picking up your order.

If you are unable to pick up your order on Sunday, please contact the pickup location directly to arrange a time to retrieve it.

Order Cutoff

All orders — whether home delivery or pickup — must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) for that Sunday’s delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following Sunday.

Service Area Limitations

Dero Meal Prep reserves the right to limit or decline delivery to specific addresses or regions at our discretion. We do not offer shipping outside our local delivery radius. We are not a nationwide shipping service — all meals are delivered fresh and locally.
